Due to the exclusive, made-to-order nature of our products, we maintain a strict no refund and no exchange policy.

1. All Sales Are Final

Each order placed with Geet Couture is custom-prepared or part of a limited-edition collection, made with fine fabrics and hand-finished detailing. Therefore:

• No refunds will be issued under any circumstance.
• No exchanges will be accepted for sizing, style, or personal preferences.
• Sale and promotional pieces are also non-returnable.

We request you to make thoughtful purchases and refer to our size guides and product descriptions before confirming your order.

2. Why We Don’t Offer Returns or Exchanges

As a luxury fashion house, we create pieces that are:

• Bespoke and exclusive, often made specifically for each client.
• Crafted from limited-availability fabrics that may not be restocked.
• Individually quality-checked and hygiene-sealed before shipping.

To maintain the exclusivity, hygiene, and craftsmanship we stand for, we do not accept returns or exchanges.

3. If You Receive a Damaged Item

While all products undergo multiple quality checks, in the rare case that your item is damaged during transit, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.

• We will assess the situation, but replacements are not guaranteed, as many of our pieces are one-of-a-kind.

Requests made after 24 hours will not be considered.
